These terms and conditions govern the use of this website and the services provided by Image Home Improvements. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Image Home Improvements provides home improvement, maintenance, and handyman services across Dublin and surrounding counties. All work is carried out by Glen personally or under his direct supervision.
Quotations
All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time — any changes to the scope of work may affect the final price, and you will be informed before any additional work proceeds.
Payment
Payment terms will be agreed before work commences. For larger jobs, a deposit may be required. Final payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Materials
Where we supply materials, these will be itemised in your quote. You are responsible for ensuring access to the property and that the work area is clear and ready before the agreed start date.
Liability
Image Home Improvements is fully insured for public liability. We take every care to protect your property during works. Any accidental damage will be reported immediately and addressed fairly.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice for booked jobs may result in a call-out charge.
